This facility is amazing!!! I have been looking for a dental office for my family for a while now. Our last dental office changed management and the customer service went down the drain fast. When I walked in to West Covina Dental, everyone greeted me with a smile and I felt very comfortable being there. I highly recommend this place! I had a great first visit after delaying my dentist appointments for 2 years. I was indecisive about where to go and I’m so glad I chose this place. First, the wait in the lobby was not long. Second, Dr. Rodrick was great at explaining, Diesy was super friendly, and Jeremy was amazing from start to end. I appreciate Jeremy scheduling my next appointment at check in rather than at the end. Third, I was set up for success with all of their help. Fourth, Maria did an amazing job at numbing - I didn’t feel a thing during my treatment. Maria also did my cleaning and the experience was very pleasant. Thank you West Covina Dental team!
