This facility is amazing!!! I have been looking for a dental office for my family for a while now. Our last dental office changed management and the customer service went down the drain fast. When I walked in to West Covina Dental, everyone greeted me with a smile and I felt very comfortable being there. From the reception desk to the dental assistant, to the Dr.s and to the financial services, EVERYONE was nice and helpful and truthful about my dental care and plan of care. I’m glad I chose this office for my family.

I highly recommend this place! I had a great first visit after delaying my dentist appointments for 2 years. I was indecisive about where to go and I’m so glad I chose this place. First, the wait in the lobby was not long. Second, Dr. Rodrick was great at explaining, Diesy was super friendly, and Jeremy was amazing from start to end. I appreciate Jeremy scheduling my next appointment at check in rather than at the end. Third, I was set up for success with all of their help. Fourth, Maria did an amazing job at numbing - I didn’t feel a thing during my treatment. Maria also did my cleaning and the experience was very pleasant. Thank you West Covina Dental team! I look forward to my future dental appointments with you, and I never thought I’d say this about dental care. Update: I’ve been here three times over the last two months for my treatment. Every visit has been a good experience and the process is seamless.
